Sizing

This is an important one. Use this link to see how to measure your torso length. It’s best if you can get someone to help you measure. As an example, I’m 5’10” and my torso length is 17.5″ but I have a slightly shorter torso and longer legs.
Your waist size is NOT your pant size. This should be the measurement where the middle of the hip belt will sit. For example, I wear a 29-30″ pant size, but my waist measurement for packs is 32″.

Pack design

I’m making most packs out of various weights of Challenge Ultra 200X and 400X. Ultra 200X has a lot more color variants, but is not as durable as the 400X. There’s also a 800X option if you need something extremely burly. I can also use materials such as XPAC, ECOPAK, Dyneema and Cordura. More info on materials here
